Purpose and performance :
This machine is mainly applicable to filling/capping operation for 20-500ml plastic or glass bottles,4 sets piston pump are used for four-headed filing/capping.In order to increase corresponding output, servo motor control the liquid pump feeding. And two heads vacuum suction for level same.This machine structure allows filling production for high-capacity liquid like large infusion,syrup etc,This machine has simple structure,is convenient in maintenance and easy for operation.It is advised to choose corresponding electric configuration and dust cover

Main features and performance :
- Bottle feeding, filling and capping the cap; linear bottle feeding; liquid level filled can be tracked and controlled by stainless steel valve to ensure there is no adherent liquid and dropping liquid; detect with optical fiber; cap putting by cylinder; stop putting cap with no bottles there; percent of pass of putting plug is high.The accuracy can get 99.5%.
- Good safety barrier propterty; Convenient to operate, adopting selective touch screen to operate.
- Widely used for the volume production of infusion solutions in bigger bottles and large capacity vaccine.

Characteristic

Optional  Rotary pump
Motor + CVT: high speed regulation accuracy, large speed range (the speed ratio can be arbitrarily changed between 1:1.4 and 1:7), continuous operation, smooth operation, stable performance, low noise, large torque, stepless adjustable flow. But its speed is to be manually adjusted, the degree of automation is not high, speed regulation must be carried out in the operation, can not stop the speed control handwheel. It should not be used where possible overload or blockage occurs.

Motor + fixed ratio reducer: strong bearing capacity, high efficiency, small vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, simple transmission mode, but due to its constant speed ratio, so the flow can not be adjusted.

Frequency conversion motor + frequency converter: high torque, high speed regulation accuracy, smooth operation, stable performance, can cooperate with the automatic system to achieve automatic adjustment of speed, ensure the arbitrary control of flow, make up for the CVT automation degree is not high defect.
